Ordering/Shipping From The Striped Palm

We ship merchandise to the United States only.

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.   

Most orders are shipped via USPS depending on weight and usually arrive between 3-5 business days after shipment. All orders will have a shipping notification sent and tracking available. 

DAMAGED ORDERS

Upon receiving your package, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be denied for any form of refund.

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted unless an item is damaged.
