Ordering & Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders process within 2–3 business days, except preorders, which ship on their estimated dates.

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.

Preorders depend on supplier availability. Refunds on preorders are issued only if products do not arrive at the boutique within 30 days past the anticipated date. Store credit cancellations are available after 14 days.

Shipments travel via USPS (First Class or Priority) and typically arrive 3–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking notifications are provided. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS.
